PAYMENT METHODS
We offer many payment methods to suit a variety of customer needs. You can use a Credit or Debit card to purchase credits, or alternatively use a Bank transfer (BACS). We offer a number of customers a credit facility, please contact your account manager to discuss the application process.
CREDIT AND DEBIT CARDS
We accept all major debit and credit cards, with secure 3D authorisation required (if enabled) for your additional security.
AMERICAN EXPRESS
Unlike many other retailers, we are proud to accept American Express
BANK TRANSFERS (BACS)
At this time, we only accept bank transfers from UK bank accounts.
POST-PAY (CREDIT ACCOUNT)
Customer can apply for a post-pay account where they will be billed on the first of each month for their usage in the previous calendar month.
VALUE ADDED TAX (VAT)
Commify UK Ltd (trading as Voodoo) is VAT registered: 894 8894 33, and we are required by law to apply the prevailing VAT (currently 20%) on all orders apart from non-EU orders, resellers and wholesale orders where the reverse VAT rules apply.
SECURITY
The Voodoo SMS platform is 100% secure, with the relevant SSL certificate and secure data centre. All data is stored on our dedicated servers, with redundancy in place across multiple data centres.
